Members, I have received a letter from the Minister for Foreign Affairs and he indicates that he will not be available to answer the Question today because he has had to travel to a country in the Middle East maybe to seek some support for us in the effort that we are undertaking in Somalia. So, it is understandable why the Minister is not here. His Assistant Minister has also been dispatched to the region I think for similar reasons. So, I will defer this Question to Thursday, next week, because the Minister says that he will be available to answer it next week and he does not say that he is unable to answer it. So, I will defer it for an answer on Thursday, next week. Please, note the Member for Marakwet West!"
