    "content": "I thank Sen. Sakaja. This is the reality. We cannot just be repatriating dead bodies back home. We should be providing protection because our people‟s lives matter. Anybody has a right to work anywhere in or outside this country. It is their international right to do so. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, the Philippines has put mechanisms in place for labour export. As Senators have said, it is the number one earner of their external revenue and foreign exchange. International labour migration is a legitimate and dignified way of earning a living, but what is not okay is for our country to just neglect its citizens and not provide the protection that is guaranteed in our Constitution and laws."
