    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, I was rising to protest but you have given an explanation. I had the privilege of presenting that Petition on behalf of the veterans. I presented that Petition in August of 2019. As you are aware, in accordance to Standing Order No.232 (2), the Committee was supposed to have reported within 60 days. It is well over 60 days. It has been two years since. Although we have been dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, that special group of Kenyans are waiting for the outcome of their Petition. I hope that the team will be back before the end of the week to table that report."
