Where is the report with the findings that recommended that certain modules or topics are lacking in the teaching profession? Was that report shared with the teachers or their unions so that they are active participants in what we would call public participation? As stakeholders, were they approached and were the findings shared with them? Was the final decision on which universities to be used shared with the teachers or the trade unions, which are their representatives?"
