It does not make sense to identify only three colleges within a region and expect all teachers to be trained in those institutions, while they can do the same online. I advise TSC to be more digital. This is a digital Government and we need to see them doing things digitally. During this COVID-19 pandemic, we have realised that everything can be done online. Let them think about digital learning, costing and distribution of learning institutions across the country."
