    "content": "Commission not funding their training, accommodation and allowances? It is absolutely ludicrous for us to expect our teachers to fund their training under the TPD programme. It is about time for this Parliament to decide whether it is going to be the ombudsman of the citizens, particularly for our teachers who are paid peanuts, or we are going to act as a rubberstamp, while lamenting that we are a toothless bunch of individuals who have been elected to come here and line our own pockets."
