If there is a word that is not parliamentary, let it be withdrawn because the record of this House--- Last week, I was going through the HANSARD of 1964 and what hon. Tom Mboya used to say in this House. This is a record for posterity and so, if there is such a word, let it be expunged and we can go on, instead of making it a debate and leaving it in the HANSARD."
