    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, when the moving of the Motion started, I was wondering where Sen. Cheruiyot was. There was once a committee to investigate land clashes and when it came to voting, half of the Members of the Committee disappeared. I beg to second this Motion. I urge the great men and women who are before and behind me that this is a patriotic duty. It has nothing to do with your brother or political party. It has everything to do with the people of Kenya and what we are going through."
