    "content": "I would have expected Hon. Munyes, on hearing of this, to have flown back from wherever he has gone to come and address the Committee on that matter. The one thing that concerns me on this issue is that there has been a public outcry on this matter throughout the country from the Members of Parliament and everybody else yet I have not heard that an emergency meeting of the Cabinet has been summoned to deal with the issue. The Government of Kenya ought to take this issue seriously and effect immediate redial measures to alleviate the situation."
