    "content": "I agree with the Mover of the Motion that part of the reason for the escalation in fuel prices was the removal of the fuel subsidy scheme and the removal of the petroleum development levy fund which. Those reasons have also been recognized by the International Monetary Fund as the main reason for the escalation in fuel prices. The CS, National Treasury has to come and explain to this House why those two were removed."
