Of those, as of 26th February, 2010, 117 were casual employees who had worked for 46 days. Twenty one casual employees worked for 24 days each. (b)The institution, as you know, is in transition. It has just been formed. But they are now trying to regularize their employment according to the laws of Kenya. They have assured us that they will follow all the regulations."
