Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, in fact, we have been hearing that it is something that has been exacerbated by the people who are in power. Today we have the fuel crisis. We also have the crisis of bad governance in the sense that Government is not coordinated. The Executive is not able to respond to the needs of the people who are represented by parliamentarians. The Executive is also involved in very bad politics. This is confusing Kenyans who are really suffering. There is no way Parliament should sit back and watch."
