    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Attorney-General has told us that his office has done its part in communicating with the relevant Government offices, but my experience is to the contrary. Could he table the letters with which he communicated to the relevant Government Ministries in this case, so that we can see on what dates and we can apportion the delay? Secondly, could he also tell us whether he has advised the Government that failure to pay is actually a case of impunity? The rule of law means that the Government must obey the law like all citizens."
