    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, I beg to move- THAT, the Senate adopts the Report of the Standing Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights on the Inquiry into Extrajudicial Killings and Enforced Disappearances in Kenya laid on the Table of the Senate on Tuesday, 19th October, 2021. Madam Deputy Speaker, first, I thank my predecessor, the former Chairperson of the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights, Sen. Cherargei. He did the bulk of the work that is contained in the Report, which we seek that the House adopts this afternoon."
