    "content": "The reason behind this is that as we stand today, IPOA does not have a mandate over the bodies that we have named here yet we have accounts of the abuse that has been committed by officers serving under those bodies. The body responsible for these amendments is Parliament. We have proposed that this be dome within a period of 12 months."
