    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, still on KPS, the fourth recommendation says that the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for Interior and Coordination of National Government and the Inspector-General of Police to make regulations on the use of force and firearms to guide police officers as required under the Sixth Schedule of the National Police Service Act. This is very important. They should also have regard to the existing United Nations (UN) Code on the use of firearms by law enforcement agencies. They should also have regard to the detailed regulations made by the UN and accepted internationally on the use of force. In fact, if they can incorporate those regulations in whatever they do here and put it into practice, we would have gone a long way."
