    "content": "I am not saying that police officers are bad, but the police reforms should be fast- tracked so that the police officers are re-trained to understand the role of the promulgation of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 whereas captured vividly by Article 26; the right to life not to be deprived through judicial authority.
