Madam Temporary Speaker, let me take this opportunity to first thank the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights for its bravery and explicitness in coming up with the recommendations that they have made in this Report. Considering the circumstances, the country is in, it takes great men of courage and strength to come out forcefully with great, but kind words, to differ or disagree with a position by the Executive and stand strongly in defence of the Constitution and the rule of law for good order in a country like Kenya."
