    "content": "The collapse of United Insurance, among many insurance companies, has led to it being managed by a statutory manager. In many cases, the statutory managers mismanage them into liquidation. In the case of United Insurance Company, it is clear, going by its assets that it was very liquid and in the first place should never have been placed under a statutory manager. The decision was erroneous. I urge the Committee to move very fast and urgently owing to the fact that we are nearing elections so that the company which owes a lot people, including myself, can stabilise and pay the people who lost their money."
