I rise to ask Question No. 467/2021 to the Cabinet Secretary for Lands: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain the reasons behind the sudden blockage of Maganda Road, CR.68111, in Jomvu Constituency despite the road having served the public for over 60 years? (ii) Under what circumstances has the blockage been undertaken and a wall erected, notwithstanding the fact that the road lies on public land L.R. No. 3851/VI/MN? (iii) Within what timelines shall the erected wall be demolished and the road restored to enable the residents obtain critical access to schools, hospitals, government offices and other social services?"
