However, our Standing Orders are very clear on the rule of relevance, especially when a Member is seconding debate on a Bill moved by another Member. You need to be relevant. You need to stick to the facts around that Bill and stop discussing issues which have no direct correlation with what is being discussed. Is Hon. Sankok in order to digress to issues that have no relevance to the Bill before the House?"
