I rise to support the Bill and congratulate my colleague for thinking about the elderly and being able to see the symptoms of a failing nation. If someone who has been working for many years and retires but the same country he has been working for does not look at their interest, it is a sign that as a country if we do not cure this one as early as now, it will paint a picture and it will not be attractive to young employees to participate in such schemes."
