    "content": "I remember when the Committee on National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations invited the security agencies to answer questions relating to the arrest of three Members of this House; Sen. Malalah, Sen. (Dr.) Lelegwe and myself, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) denied arresting us. Sen. Malalah even mentioned a hotel that he was taken to by the officers along Thika Road, but they denied that the hotel exists yet everyone knows that the hotel is in existence. Those are the people who are supposed to participate fully in providing security to the citizens of Kenya and you can see how naïve and pretentious they are on matters that are happening in our country."
