    "content": "The state should know that with this new written Constitution that we have, they have no excuse in trying to deal with incidences of insecurity or crime and take people’s lives without justification. If there is justification, it should be within the legal parameters. This means that if it happens, we can go to the court of law and demonstrate that the State was justified in carrying out a killing either in self -defense or the person was a danger to the community, the people around him or the state institutions, including the police."
