I rise to ask Question No.452/2021 to the Cabinet Secretary for Lands and Physical Planning: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide the ownership status and the total acreage of land occupied by the Bomas of Kenya Limited in Lang’ata Constituency, Nairobi County? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain why the Bomas of Kenya Limited was not compensated like any other Government agency when part of its land was acquired compulsorily by the Government?
