I rise to ask Question No.458/2021 to the Cabinet Secretary for Water and Sanitation: (i) What plans has the Ministry put in place to establish more water supply projects in Marsabit County and in particular Saku Constituency to curb increased water shortage in Marsabit County? (ii) What measures has the Ministry put in place to ensure that majority of households are able to get access to water for their livestock and home use, which will go a long way in reducing conflicts in Marsabit County?
