I rise to ask Question No.463 of 2021 to the Cabinet Secretary for Defence: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide a detailed report including a medical report, if any, that necessitated the discharge of Mr. Barasa Bob Marvin of KDF No.159544 from the Kenya Defence Forces on 14th July 2021, while undergoing training at the Recruit Training School in Eldoret?
