The COVID-19 Pandemic is still with us and, therefore, you may probably want to consider increasing the number of Members, but not opening up the House completely. As you do so, I urge that we continue observing the current COVID-19 regulations. Even as my brother, Hon. Duale, was addressing this issue, he was not wearing a mask. That is not very good for us."
