In other countries, breakthrough infections have been realised and those countries are back to another wave. You can increase the number of Members in the House, but COVID-19 protocols like wearing masks, social distancing and others must be enforced. Lastly, if I look at the age bracket of the Members here, they are still at risk. We should not lower our guard."
