    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this chance to speak on the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (Amendment) Bill. I was disturbed in my thoughts when Hon. Sankok said that when these commissions are created, girlfriends are picked to head them. That is very wrong. He is demeaning women and he should not. Women are the future. Women are mothers, daughters and aunties, and they are given the positions in the right manner as they deserve them. So, let him not demean women. Women have a right to be employed or be given these slots. Thank you very much for apologising."
