Was there a study or a survey done, or even any form of consultative process done to understand from the women of Kenya whether they were satisfied with the commission as it is and whether they were willing for this commission to be put under an umbrella bigger commission? If that did not happen, we are doing a disservice to the women of this country. If that did not happen."
