    "content": " On a point of order. Hon. Duale is very eloquent and sometimes when you are very eloquent, you are likely to slide back or forward. He has referred to a document which is before the Supreme Court, which has gone through the High Court, Court of Appeal and now the Supreme Court as nonsense. Is the Member in order to refer to a very valid document which is undergoing the legal processes as being nonsense? Does it mean the judicial system also get nonsense documents before it?"
