    "content": "We looked at the issue of ambience in air quality assessment, affluent discharge analysis and we noticed that London Distillers had done some remarkable progress in terms of addressing the recommendations of the Committee. But there is still a big room for improvement. As the Chair has said, we also noticed that the Report that was given to us on the financial investment had some discrepancies between the Report given by NEMA and the Report given by London Distillers. NEMA gave us a figure of Kshs260 million whereas LDK gave us a figure of Kshs141 million.
