Members, I wish to bring to your attention that at the meeting of the House Business Committee held today, the House Business Committee resolved that a meeting for Members of Parliament be held in order to facilitate dialogue on matters relating to the Draft Constitution, now before the House. It was further agreed that the dialogue meeting be held at the Kenya Institute of Administration (KIA) in Kabete for up to three days commencing tomorrow Wednesday, 17th March, 2010, at 10 o’clock in the morning"
