    "content": "Yes, his linguistics are very commendable. I do not know whether he pushes it or it is real. However, we will find out with time. Clearly, the distillers have committed a very serious environmental offence. This Report should be recommending that...The Committee should have gone further to find out what casualties were there, the damages caused, computed them, and then push for compensation. We cannot allow a factory of this magnitude... Even though they maybe employing Kenyans, at what expense are they doing so? At what expense do we have to tolerate such? One time, not that I was following this keenly, there were serious allegations made against the Committee by the owners of the distillers. Members of that Committee are aware. Now, the Committee is trying to massage this thing by saying that they continue. That they have improved. I stand to oppose and we need more serious action on this matter."
