Members, especially the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Education and Research, I hope you are going to have the Cabinet Secretary prepared. We do not want him to come and say that he is not prepared. You have picked one day which I think is fairly difficult for anyone to do it. If he is able to do that, we will be happy. I would have been happier if you gave a little more time so that that specific matter is addressed. He will be coming with a handful of Questions to answer. He might not give sufficient opportunity to this particular issue. It is something that he can easily prepare for, because it is a live issue. However, should he not be ready tomorrow, we should be able to fix another date that we are sure he will be able to answer so that we do not escape by the virtue of the notice being short.
