I will summarise. Hon. Deputy Speaker, I beg to move the following Motion: THAT, taking into consideration the findings of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs in its Report on its consideration of Nominees for Appointment as Members of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 9th November 2021; and pursuant to the provisions of Section 10(3) The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
