I thank Members for supporting this Motion and for applauding the observation by the Committee that many regions have been considered in the nominations. Gender has also been considered. I also want to assure them that this Committee has recommended that the Act be amended to increase the term of directors to six years and to make the board full-time. With those few remarks, Hon. Deputy Speaker, I beg to reply."
