The matters that you seem to be elucidating are matters that would ordinarily make a case that has been placed before that tribunal, once we have it. So, you are prosecuting matters that would ordinarily be prosecuted before that tribunal, if such a case was presented before them. So, Hon. Abdullaih is absolutely right."
