However, what the Minister has stated is what obtains in Northern Kenya where there has been one facility since Independence. What will the Minister do in Turkana East, Turkana South, Turkana North, Turkana West and Loima districts which do not have a single hospital? When will he fast-track the establishment of hospitals in these areas that have been neglected for a long time?"
