Kajwang’, other than being the Chairman of this Committee, he should convert himself into a legislative diplomat and conduct diplomatic activities between these House and that other House. I hope the Speaker will find resources and an environment to encourage that diplomacy between us and our sister House. It will be for the betterment of devolution and this country. Mr. Speaker, Sir, with those many or few remarks, I congratulate the Committee on Devolution and Intergovernmental Relations and its Chairman. I am on my knees praying that he does not get bitten by the bad bug of trying to quit this House. May he get re-elected in the next Parliament and the other Parliament. Hopefully after that, he runs for presidency. He is the one in the right age as our generals and I retire, we look forward to his presidency."
