    "content": "We hope and expect that should there be any reason why this could be challenged in a court of law, for once the courts can see that they are crippling the work of Senate. In fact, this has been a conversation we were having today in our Committee on Roads and Transportation where we have been stopped from looking into some of the levy funds that are given to the governors. It is unfortunate that there can be money belonging to Kenyans yet, nobody can oversight it. It is a big oversight on the part of the Judiciary."
