The assembly becomes the first point of oversight and examine that Report because they are the ones who pass the budget. Let them look at it and say the report on the annual performance report said we build this. After checking, let the county assembly come up with a report and submit it to the Senate. I am arguing like that because we know that the county assembly cannot question the governor. In fact, the county assembly will go as far as questioning the County Executive Committee Members (CECMs) of each department but never the governor. So, if you want accountability and want to see the laws we pass or propose in this House"
