    "content": "If you look at the annual plans, most of them are to cover the eyes of those who go for public participation. However, thereafter, nobody follows up to ensure that things are done. That gives us a very unhealthy relationship as this Senate looks at the Auditor- Generals’ report and audits some of the projects that we receive complaints from the public through Petitions. I think that this will change and solve many things."
