    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I have two issues to raise. The first one relates to the Minister of State for Defence. He was in the House when I sought the Ministerial Statement on the state of the border with Sudan. First, he said it was a matter to be answered by the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security. When I pointed out that they were Kenyan soldiers he did undertake to issue the Ministerial Statement today. I am surprised he is now saying he is not aware."
