Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 11 of the Bill be amended- (a) in sub-clause (2)(d) by inserting the words “or a reputable private institution” at the end of the paragraph; (b) by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (3)- “(4) The Director-General shall be the Secretary to the Commission”. This is just inserting the words “the Director-General shall be drawn from reputable private institution” at the end of the paragraph by inserting a new sub-clause immediately thereafter, “The Director-General shall be the Secretary to the Commission”.
