    "content": "Any matter or dispute relating to a waqf shall in the first instance be referred resolution. to a Kadhi’s court. The justification for New Clause 27 B is, waqf s are made under Islamic law and the Kadhi’s courts should be the first point of reference concerning any dispute. If the Kadhi’s courts are unable to resolve the same, the disputes can be cascaded to other courts or tribunals within the Kenyan laws."
