    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I support the Chairman. It is very important to safeguard this charitable institution. In the past, we have seen even the taxman - and I hear he is now snooping into our Facebook and social media accounts - has been taxing wheelchairs donated to persons with disabilities. So, they should know that some donors are not ready to pay taxes on donations. This is a very important amendment and the House should support. Thank you."
