In fact, this morning when we called the CSs from Office of the President (Order Paper) over my security, he referred us to a ruling by the Speaker of the National Assembly. He challenged us that his understanding is that the Speaker of the National Assembly ruled that CASs can appear and we told him that we are not the National Assembly. So, the request by the Senator that you make a pronouncement on this issue is very important. You must lead us in saying that this House will not entertain appearances by any persons other than CSs."
