"content": "Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker. I have a point of order. I am seeing there is a Statement being requested by Sen Ngugi, because he has a right to request it on a matter of Nairobi. I am wondering how these Statements are processed. Such a statement on Gikomba has already come to this House. I brought it. I am not sure whether Sen Ngugi knows the county he represents. How is the processing done such that the same exact Statement can be requested twice, by the substantive Senator of the County and then later by the Nominated Senator? That is administrative. He is not even a Member of my delegation? He is a member of Nyandarua delegation."
